OJ Simpson cremated, no plans for public memorial in wake of his death

Looking ahead, LaVergne hinted that the estate will ultimately pay a portion of the multi-million dollar judgment awarded to the families of Simpson’s ex-wife and Goldman after OJ was found civilly liable for their deaths, according to the associated press.

The attorney said representatives of the Goldman and Brown families will be welcome to “review my homework” when it comes to the Simpson estate. He noted that this is “with the caveat that if they believe there is something different… they will have to use their own lawyers and their own resources to try to chase that pot of gold.”
