Publisher and developer Funcom has announced a delay date for Dune: Awakening, Their ambitious new MMO in the iconic sci-fi universe.
Dune: Awakening Is the benefits of his previously planned May for a little later, on 5 June.
The long -awaited MMO is first launched for Windows PC (via Steam), with a release for consoles on Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5 somewhere later.

Dear sleepers,
These are exciting times, we close to the launch, and we have just started a large preview -Bèta in which hundreds of journalists and content makers will play the early parts of the game and release their reporting on 25 April.
In recent weeks we have steadily prepared and released the character & benchmark mode in February, started pre-orders in March and continue to release new live streams, videos and details to keep you informed.
We want to thank everyone who has shared in our excitement. It has been a pleasure to read all your comments about the various community channels.
Our constant persistent closed beta is also full of strength, with regular updates, and the feedback we have collected from betaesters has been invaluable to ensure that we can launch a quality game. We have a very active disagreement with our beta testers where our developers can communicate directly with them to ensure that we make Dune together: wake up a better game.
Thanks to this process, we have concluded that with a little more time to cook, we can act on much more of the feedback we know is important for our beta testers.
As such, we will move the release date of Dune: Awakening to 10 June, with Head Start that will launch on 5 June. This is not a decision that we make lightly, we know that everyone is very enthusiastic to play, but these three extra weeks give us the time needed to make improvements that will lead to a better gameplay experience from the first day.
We are also enthusiastic about the fact that this will enable us to do a large -scale beta weekend next month, where even more of you get the chance to play the game and share your feedback. We will release more information about this soon.
Dune: Awakening is a beast of a game. This is multiplayer survival on a massive scale, and we make gameplay and technical steps that have not been seen in the genre before. We want to ensure that we put the landing.
